Just to share, AOL America Online is fussy, "letter of the law" about SPAM. To keep his emails from SPAM I added him to my address books as I do all you kind folk from the UK! That is why all yours reached me, in my IN BOX but marked designated "SPAM" in subject line preceding your subject. But all reached me. For AOL at least I can say, if you mark SPAM even x 1 by accident, SPAM forever. But one addition to address book, allows mail through to inbox and you decide, SPAM or not.
