It would have been a shame to give up Lucy. Thanks for the post. I saw Lucy at Gig Harbor last week at the first annual Gig Harbor Folk Festival in Washington. She had a cold and sucked on lozenges during the whole show. I am not sure how she sang with them, but it was very obvious when she was talking and she joked about it. She had some trouble with the higher notes, but adjusted the music accordingly. I thought for sure the Ricola story was going to be told, but somehow it didn't happen. I asked her afterwards if she was using Ricola and she said no they were just generic cough drops. It was like she didn't even remember the Ricola bit. Don't tell the Ricola people. I am sorry that I do not have a set list. Cliff Eberhardt was there and he requested that she do "Goodnight" which she did. I happen to love that song. BTW, he wrote it when he was 17. Anybody around the area in Washington should check the festival out next year. It was top notch talent, a comfortable setting and free.
