Sorry about that. Hi, Here are my belated comments on Lucy's appearance at CSPS in Cedar Rapids, IA last Friday (3/25/05). (After eTimothy's report, I feel inadequate.) I didn't keep a set list, although it was similar to the Mpls show. She did Mary Magdalene in honor of Good Friday; the Kid was one of the encores; we heard Goodnight Moon and the song about Pi too. I know there were other deviations, but I can't remember. She looked great (showed off her muscles!) wearing jeans and a short sleeve T. Motherhood obviously agrees with her. The venue shares space with an art gallery. The current display is The Paper Sculpture Show which is participatory! So before the concert, during intermission, and afterwards visitors can cut and paste one of 29 projects creating a piece of art for the show. My kids and I had fun doing it. We were busily trying to finish our projects after the show and so were nearly the last people to talk to Lucy. She remembers me from concerts in southern MN and IA which is nice. I brought along photos of her with my boys from a folk festival in St. Peter in 1997 to show. It doesn't seem like 8 years ago, but the kids have changed. Back to Lucy - she was fabulous!
