Sorry about that missend.... I was a longtime listener, but didn't become a first-time buyer until "Mock Tudor," and I find that one to be excellent! I had never seen Richard before and after reading Joycebs review, I expected him to play first, but that was not to be. The stage was set up with three microphones so that made me curious from the very beginning. b"Lucy started out the show with Cow boy Singer Written on the Back of His Hand I Have Nothing for you Tonight b"Lucy said it was the first time she has played Portland that it hasnbt rained. The best thing about Portland for her is "it is ALWAYS a good hair day! b hey thatbs important to a girl!" She said that Monday would be her mombs 80th birthday! The Thread b"Richard joined her She told us the story about how she and Richard metb&. that there were two versions of the story. Hers was that she was asked to play on some guybs album and after recording she said, "Youbre actually good!" Richardbs version is that she said, "You donbt suck!" I Had Something Ten Year Night b"Lucy dedicated the next song to Shelley, in the audience. (Ibm not sure of the name of the song.) "Hebs Speaking With the Angels" b"Richard left. b"Lucy sang the new song: Promised Land Turn the Lights Back On b"Lucy told her "mother wanting her to lose weight" story. This is Home Land of the Living Scorpion b"b"Break b"Richard b"I think Lucy joined Richard for this first song: This is How I Remember You Best b"Richard told a story about his daughter, who is eight, becoming curious about the lyrics of this song, and his discomfort in what he thought would be her question, when it turned out only to be her noticing that the child in the song is nine! Fenario b"Tracy Grammer Joined Richard Che Guevara T-shirt b"Story of how the next song was written about the difficult time he has putting his kids to sleep in the noisy city of Buenos Aires Grey Green b"Lucy returned The Last Fare of the Day *beautifully done b"Lucy left Reunion Hill b"Tracy left and Lucy came back Ballad of Mary Magdalene Cold Missouri Waters b"All three back on stage Are You Happy Now? Transit b"encore: The Angels Rejoiced Farewell to St. Delores b this was the most beautiful, haunting part of the show. I am quite sure that Dave Carter was either with us, or watching. Tracy was certainly with him and it was an honor to be there. All I can say is I hope I got most of it right ..... and it was great!
