Lucy did a wonderful set in Kennebunk Me at the Unitarian Universalist church. (Did you expect ANYTHING else?) :) She wore a black shirt, brown leather jacket, plain blue jeans, and black patant leather shoes. The shoes she said she hadn't worn since she was 5. I have learned her favorite toothpaste- Tom's of Maine. Its a local, "natural" brand of toothpaste. Richard (her hubby) was getting some, and somehow they firgured out WHO he was) . ShE didn't present him, although there was a few requests for it. Her example of true love was that he was there at the concert rather than at the Eagles-Falcolns games last night. Set 1 Cowboy Singer (dave carter) Written of the back of his hand The Tide Secret Journey (UK Air Guitar story) Loch Lomond Don't Mind Me 10 yr Night The Kid Set 2 I had something Guilty as sin (Mom) A your an awful jerk one good reason swimming song Guinevere Song for molly by way of sorrow Now for the important stuff. There is a local area (Kennebunk Me) cable show that lucy will be appearing in. I know KNOWONE in the area to record this. Does anyone have any ideas? A link is at http://www.kennebunkcoffeehouse.com/Stay_Tuned.html Hopefully this is coherent, I got back home last night at 1230 AM, and got up at 7AM! The big question is, of course...will Lucy now be receiving a case of Tom's of Maine toothpaste from some company representative? Will there be a run on Tom's of Maine toothpaste, with a nationwide shortage ensuing? Will she be signing people's toothpaste tubes now? Guess that despite the lessons of the Ricola experience, Lucy hasn't taken to heart the idea of mentioning LUXURY items onstage yet! Benay who has just figured out that she CAN stream WFUV at home, despite having thought for some weird reason that her computer couldn't do it well...and is therefore VERY HAPPY although now no one will ever be able to call because the phone line will always be in use by the computer... ------------------------------ Date: Sun, 12 Jan 2003 07:35:10 -0800 From: "Gina" Subject: Re: [lucy-list] Lucy in Kennebunk Me FYI, Trader Joe's carries Tom's, if you are lucky enough to have those where you live. - ----- Original Message ----- From: "Benay Bubar" To: Sent: Sunday, January 12, 2003 6:56 AM Subject: Re: [lucy-list] Lucy in Kennebunk Me > Thanks for that review, Bill! > > The big question is, of course...will Lucy now be receiving a case of Tom's > of Maine toothpaste from some company representative? > > Will there be a run on Tom's of Maine toothpaste, with a nationwide shortage > ensuing?
