Perhaps we should add a glossary somewhere. Kinda like the jargon-heavy Jim Rome sports show has on its website: "Bugaha -- Omaha, Nebraska. see also 'Bugeater' " In our case: "Leather Pants story -- Lucy's faux pas in Scotland (2001?), in which she told the audience about her leather pants. In the U.K., pants is defined as underwear. Lucy should have aid trousers; instead, the crowd thought she was wearing leather underwear. See also 'Irish Whiskey incident' " OK, now somebody else has to do the "Kitchen Floor". Rick V. I recommend installing anti-virus software asap. - --On Tuesday, September 24, 2002 1:44 PM -0500 dana howery wrote: > i didn't get an attachment with this email, but it is worded very much > like emails i've seen with viruses attached. one came to the "patty > griffin" list that said "this is a new game i've made. i hope you would > enjoy it." i didn't get the attachment on that either, but some did. one > of them scanned it and said it was a virus. so if you do get the > attachment, don't open it! > > >> From: tneff >> Reply-To: lucy-list@smoe.org >> To: lucy-list@smoe.org >> Subject: [lucy-list] A WinXP patch >> Date: Tue, 24 Sep 2002 14:22:07 -0400 >> >> Hi,This is a WinXP patch >> I hope you would enjoy it. > > > > > _________________________________________________________________ > Chat with friends online, try MSN Messenger: http://messenger.msn.com ------------------------------ Date: Tue, 24 Sep 2002 20:19:19 EDT From: Wa2suh@aol.com Subject: [lucy-list] Re: lucy-list-digest V4 #218 Lately, strange messages from my screen name keep popping up on the list, but I have not been sending them. I also agree with Deb, I've only seen Lucy once. I am a freelance photographer and get a lot of assignments that require me to work nights. But, I listen and love her music. I also try and turn others on to her music whenever I can. Jenny is in china and doing okay.. a year in china.. she will miss you all and especially Lucy in glascow.... she will try to send a note... thats the news from the home front...
