Hey, I think this may be a long shot, but is there anyone going to Lucy's 8/9 (Friday) show at the Towne Crier in Pawling who's going back to NYC afterward and could take an extra happy Lucy fan? (Or...anyone who could put up said Lucy fan for the night so as to be able to catch a train home in the morning?) I'd love to go, and I figure I could get up there myself by train/taxi...but even though I've done some interesting public-transit odysseys in pursuit of Lucy shows (and tonight will in fact be another one of those!), I'm just a little too nervous about the prospects of getting home all the way from Pawling alone that night. Of course, it's not as if I've never had to miss a Lucy show I wanted to see due to logistical issues (New Bedford this weekend comes to mind!)...that's what I get for being a non-driver. But hey, I figure it never hurts to ask. If anybody can help, please drop me a line---thanks!
