I dunno if I'll get into trouble for starting a thread on just a single song but I know that TYN is really what endeared me to Lucy since all I heard of her previuosly was doing covers on CCC. ..... I mean how often do you hear songs about love ten years later? Love in most music is new and teenagerish, but this is the one song that I think of when I think "That's what I want to find out there" someone who I'm passionate about and someone who I"ll still feel that way about years from now and forever. And after having met both lucy and rick I see why she wrote that song. They are incredibley in love with each other and I think that I could only hope that I will have the material to write a similar song one day (in my heart since i'm not a songwriter!). Okay, I'm usually not this sappy..... I'll go back to being my old bitter self in a minute...... Also, does anyone have extra tickets to wolftrap this friday? I shouldn't be making the trip, because I have to be in rochester ny the next day, but what the heck. If anyone has a single extra ticket I'll probably take it off of your hands. She could not stop listening to both the song and the CD. Holly had to go buy her a copy just to get ours back. I love all the other songs people have mentioned, and have my own personal favorite (One Good Reason), but believe strongly that TYN is the song to hook a newbie.
