The City Folk Songbook: SOME PAST GUEST ARTIST AND STAFF PICKS: Lucy Kaplansky One of my favorite songs is "A Case of You" by Joni Mitchell, partly because it's my favorite song from the album "Blue" -- which was responsible for changing my life when I was 15 years old and making me want to be a singer-songwriter in the first place -- and because it's just such a perfect song. It's moving, evocative, eloquent, and with no cliches or sentimentality. I've sung it a million times and I'll probably sing it a million more. sharon who stole this off WFUV.org ------------------------------ End of lucy-list-digest V4 #81 ****************************** This has been a posting from the Lucy Kaplansky mail list digest To unsubscribe send mail to Majordomo@smoe.org with "unsubscribe lucy-list-digest" in the body of the message
