I remember going on it twenty-five years ago to go across the River Clyde. Its not as nice a venue as it sounds! I feel like I am making up for all the years of lurking in one week! Jenny, I spoke to Bein Inn when I ordered the ticket and they expected Lucy to be on at 9pm and any support to be on before, probably at 8pm. Best to phone them first and check. Now we all know each other to see come say hello to us and point Ian and Iain out. Our not so favourite car ferry. I would take Renfrew Ferry before the Cottier Glasgow or La Belle Angelle in Edinburgh any day. Both Lucy and Dar have played Belle Angelle, which is a black painted basement in the old town which is small, has pillars in the way of the stage and a bar at the back. It also has a long corridor linking it to the outside world which is actually a back alley. It is okay if you get at the front otherwise it can be an ordeal. Hi to Bert/Chris/c.j.mcgregor (confusion reigns again over names!) - remember Radio 3 on Saturday night. I honestly didn't think they'd let me do this but they are! So, we were planning on completely cancelling next season including Richard and Lucy :( BUT...I figured out a little way that we could possibly do one show and worked with the current person in charge.....and have helped book my first show ....how perfect is this....it's Lucy!!!! And it's official....it's on the Flemtam site :) I am so excited and nervous! So anyone within a drive of Eastern Kansas come see the show on Feb 6!!!!! Anyway as I live in N Ireland it has to be mature Coleraine Cheddar. Maybe not the best known cheese in the world but a delightful comestible none the less. Hope this doesn't upset to many listers.
