Lucy showed up during my work day, too, yesterday. I listen to WUMB and WFUV over the internet a lot at work, so there I am sitting at my desk trying to finish a manuscript, not really paying attention to the radio and all of a sudden a familiar voice starts singing. What a lovely surprise! It was my name Joe, I think on WUMB, but I'm not sure. Something else, not Lucy-related, but I'm not on the Darlist any more, so this is the place to say this: I just got the Springsteen tribute album "Badlands" and Dar does such a wonderful version of Highway Patrolman, wow! I really could have pictured Lucy on that album as well though, too bad she isn't on it.
