I just found some ani difranco tour dates for january and i'm sorry, but there's no way i will be able to prevent myself from dancing and that could be a problem iif they're gonna make me sit down. So are there any welsh people out there? jenny* ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 20 Dec 2000 20:26:42 -0500 From: Tom Neff Subject: Re: [lucy-list] The Old Fruitmarket Not quite sure why a Welsh person would be the best guide to the Old Fruitmarket in Glasgow (Scotland...) city centre! :) Anyway, it's a roofed-over cobbled street with a stage at one end and (usually) tables in the middle. There should be room to dance up front. - --On Thursday, December 21, 2000 12:15 AM +0000 jenny wrote: > Sorry to use the list for this, but I wanted to know what the Fruitmarket > in Glasgow was like as a venue... is the seating in rows or what??? (We were at one time, I know we were....) When I saw Lucy at Hightstown over Thanksgiving, I mentioned to her that my college had a sports cheer with 3.1459 in it. (Okay, I went to school with so many geeks that they ceased to be geeks... Hey, it could happen.) She was interested, so now I'm going to post it to the list. (Eventually I'll get it to her dad. Does anyone remember his email? I know the last bit is @msry. something... man, 33 and the mind is mush... Am I in trouble when I get older!) Enjoy and happy holidays!
