... a little told lucy story- i was there.. i bought the book...

i was at maxwells in NJ, not necessarily listening to the opener
i had heard her and NOT one of my favs when 
she sent her guitar off stage to have a broken string fixed
though she had friends and and felllow on stage with her 
an assumption was made SOMEONE would change that string
who?? 
lucy ran downstairs to get her package of strings 
and after some brief discussion .. she proceeded to defy the protocol
and CHANGE THE string for the opener and sent the guitar back on stage

i hope the opener realized who changed the string for her...

that was premier of NO WHERE night... in hoboken NJ
now i just have to find out where the cowboy    has gone....

i leave early in the am and i will be away a year..

but maybe you should plug it for a beer..

i could play guitar and  rope a steer  fore i learned to stand
home was where there was diesel gas

i never stuck around for a one night stand
