It was worth the 5 hour round trip. What a night! The outdoor theatre was awesome and both Lucy and Richard seemed so comfortable and happy in that setting....they said so! A short rain delay and moving the audience from the outdoor seats to the tent and back did not bother anyone. We knew the music would be good and were happy to wait for the magical moment. Their performances were magical. What a presence they both have....solo and together. On the drive home, my husband asked which one I enjoyed more.....that's impossible to answer. I was captivated by all of it. Sorry, I was too selfish to record the set list. I gave it a passing thought, and decided to just sit still and enjoy it. It looked a little like the Baltimore list posted, but there were some definite deviations from that. Most notably, Richard sang Cold Missouri Waters by request.....I'd have gotten the nerve to request that one had someone else not quickly responded. I hope they'll both be back to Virginia many more times! P.S. I think I've found a new favorite by Lucy....if you haven't heard "Don't Blame Me" yet.....just wait!!!!! ------------------------------ End of lucy-list-digest V2 #160 ******************************* This has been a posting from the Lucy Kaplansky mail list digest To unsubscribe send mail to Majordomo@smoe.org with "unsubscribe lucy-list-digest" in the body of the message
