I realize this is a bit late in this conversation, but I'm just back on-line after a short vacation. I enjoyed reading the spinning lists that included artists not typically mentioned on the list. I thought I'd throw out the list of what's currently in my machine. I highly recommend all of them. Don Conoscenti - My Brilliant Masterpiece David Mallett - Ambition David Mallett - Parallel Lives David Mallett - This Town (sense a pattern here??) Dave Carter & Tracy Grammer - Tanglewood Tree (my current favorite) Richard Shindell - Somewhere Near Paterson Cliff Eberhardt - 12 Songs of Good and Evil Jones & Leva - Journey Home The Freighthoppers - Waiting on the Gravy Train Lyle Lovett - Joshua Judges Ruth :) Rebecca Carr __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Do tapes count? If so 1) a tape with rather new songs that fit my personal "songs for the road format" which means they can't be too slow and I need to know all the lyrics, so it has Richard, Lucy, Cliff, Dar, Ellis, Peter Mulvey, Vance Gilbert, Nields and stuff like that on it. 2) Ellis Paul: live 3) Peter Mulvey: rain 4) Jamiroquai: synkronized 5) Dar: What do you hear in these sounds EP Kristina said: > Katrin, that scrapbook is AWESOME. Ah, thanks, watch me blush. What's really awesome though is what sharon makes out of it. I can't wait to see all the entries she's collected! Sounded like it was a great show, wish I could have been there. That darn ocean... I'm gonna look like someone who owns three CDs here... but after I see Lucy, I go into this weird phase where all I can listen to is TYN. It's pathetic. Last time it was severe and chronic... as Froggy... this time it's slightly less incapacitating. 1- TYN 2- Catie Curtis- A Crash Course in roses 3- TYN 4-TYN 5- Counting Crows- August and Everything After See what I mean??
