If you haven't seen them play together, you should. I actually prefer her live renditions to the studio versions ...and Duke's empathetic and sophisticated accompaniement is perfect. Does anyone else wish there was a live LK release? That was written by Cliff. I'll find out more about Kennedy/Cliff relationship next week when they are here. They used to play a lot together in the Baltimore/DC area about 5-6 years ago. Well, tonight is Lucy at Rosebud. Kevin the wonderful sound guy will keep his table for us. Lucy and Christine Lavin are his two favorites too.
