Its only ten minutes from where I live! Is quality live music a regular occurrence in this small, pretty, Scottish conservation village, which really is pretty cool if any Listers decide to visit our shores. Now I think of it Iain, a great place for a gig. Don't you think that Scotland's first (I imagine) 'House Concert' is beginning to appear on the horizon? Jenny, Ian, Iain, et al, how d'ya go about organising that? Also appearing were Goldrush, The John Hinshelwood Band and others. The day featured afternoon workshops and sessions with the show at night. Rab although a rare performer these day turned in a superb performance performing a wide variety of material along with a lot of his own "classic" songs. Look out for it again next year. I reminded Ian that he had omitted it from his list as we're both fans of the man we call "ra Rab." I happened to mention her to Lucy who is a bit of a fan as well. I mentioned that it would be nice for her to work with Natalie to which she agreed. With that in mind I've e-mailed her to relate Lucy's interest. Natalie currently has a single out in Canada "Get me through December" taken from her latest album "In Your Hands" featuring Alison Krauss on vocals.
