I hope y'all are gonna introduce yourselves at the gigs and i don't have to stand up and make some kind of public announcement that all lucy listers have to come say hi to me ; ) I'm not that bad, really... >The gig starts at 9:00pm which is pretty late and I assume that there >is no warm up act. Yes!!! No stinkin michael weston king to sit through....god, i hated that guy. I have no idea what the bar is like..i think my parents may have been, i'll ask them. Also, since kate rusby's playing the tron in january, does that mean she's in the restaurant/bar, or is she full ampitheatre class now? >Will these be available at the UK/Eire >gigs or do we have to surf to get them? How coool would it be if we all turned up wearing them??? I have no idea if we'd all get them in time, and i know my parents would not let me order them over the internet, so it probably wouldn't work. but wouldn't that rock??? or maybe we'd just all look like a bunch of lucy anoraks....ur...yeah, i know that's waht we are... jenny* ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 18 Nov 1999 15:17:23 -0500 From: "Paul Rafanello" Subject: [lucy-list] OT: Jonatha Brooke @ Fez Cafe 12.13.99 & 12.14.99 Jonatha Brooke is coming to Fez Cafe, NYC 12.13.99, and 12.14.99. Hey all, I JUST found out that Lucinda Williams and the Bottle Rockets are playing at Roseland tomorrow. I saw it on a street poster and ran across the street through traffic to read the small print. I am VERY excited about this. Anybody want to go, or already going? Also, does anyone know anything about this venue? Are there seats, or do you have to stand? I'm going even if you have to stand, but want to know what to expect. I'M SO EXCITED!! LUCINDA!! Wonder if she'll play "Pineola"? Or "Sweet Old World"? Yahoo!! Let me know.
