The CD is at the manufacturer right now, and should be ready in a couple of weeks. The reason we're taking pre-orders is that we assume demand will be quite high, and this will enable our crack staff of two part-timers and one dog (and the dog doesn't offer much more than moral support, to be quite honest) to print up address labels, make sure we have enough packaging supplies on hand, etc. As an added incentive, if you pre-order, you will have the opportunity to purchase a cool LF T-shirt -- as well as pick up some of our previous releases, including Jill Olson's MY BEST YESTERDAY, Belle Da Gama's GARDEN ABSTRACT, and Anton Barbeau's THE GOLDEN BOOT, at special sale prices. If you order before June 15, you should receive your package on or prior to the official release date of June 25, depending, of course, on where you live and the speed of the Postal Service. But does all of this 125 Records activity mean I've been slacking on updating the Loud Family web site? Au contraire, mon frere! You'll find a live album outtake, "24," on the MP3 page, as well as lots of fresh Ask Scotts: June 3: suicide solution? FRTR wouldn't be thisclose to completion today were it not for him. He has been incredibly patient & helpful every step of the way. You can visit Tim online at his very cool web site, http://www.doubtfulpalace.com/ http://www.loudfamily.com/ ------------------------------ End of loud-news-digest V4 #6 *****************************
