The start of "52 Girls" is simple, but it grabs you immediately. He also was so cool back there behind his kit, "kind of far away, kind of dignified," to plagiarize the Jonathan Richman song, "Velvet Underground." He's also strikingly handsome, and looks great still (there's probably a painting of him somewhere hidden in his house where he resembles Don Rickles). So, I'm Keith's boy (though Gil is my favorite drummer and Ricky Wilson will always be my favorite guitarist). - --Mark - -----Original Message----- From: Stefaan Hurts To: Loud-Fans Sent: Sat, Aug 14, 2010 6:42 am Subject: Re: [loud-fans] Love is a Mixtape (not a battlefield) On Sat, 14 Aug 2010 02:17:26 -0400 (EDT), truepantone293@aol.com said: > Like all southern girls, Renee had an intense relationship with the > first three B-52's albums. As for the Go Gos, I liked Kathy Valentine. Jen ------------------------------ Date: Sat, 14 Aug 2010 08:53:52 -1000 From: "R.
