I wouldn't concern myself with that much.  While unquestionably
talented, the late Mr. Chilton was a remarkably bitter man.  I think
his hometown reminded him of where and when he picked up a lot of that
bitterness.

Sort of like that shudder I get whenever the bus goes past a certain
drinking establishment in the U District,
