Thought I'd share my favorite musical discovery so far this year, even  
though the band's been around a decade.  Has anyone heard the new Comet  Gain?  
This think blows me away- I keep reading comparisons to a Riot Grrl  
aesthetic wedded with 60s girl group vocals, but what I hear is a supremely  
pissed off Belle & Sebastian.
 
Also like the Titus Andronicus, though I never thought of it as very  
thislisty (to use a term I haven't seen in awhile).

...any tips for drying out damp wall-to-wall carpeting?  I foolishly
draped a soaked jacket over a chair, and apparently all the water went
into the rug.  Three weeks later, it's still not dry and I've got
suspicious-looking black spots to boot.
