It's available today on iTunes (plus) and eMusic, so there's no excuse to not grab it.. - -Steve ------------------------------ Date: Tue, 30 Sep 2008 23:30:40 -0700 From: "Tom Marcinko" Subject: [loud-fans] "Houses & Homes" by the Bye-Bye Blackbirds Well, I got it from eMusic just as midnight's cloak enfolded the darkening land, and you know, I'm glad I did. I'm thinking Guadalcanal Diary, the Sadies, the Connells, and one of my favorite one-CD (?) bands, Belle Da Gama. (Any overlap in personnel there? The vocalist sounds like Belle Da Gama, & I'm afraid I'm showing my ignorance just by asking.) "Edge of Town" sounds a bit like early Game Theory. Thanks also for the free EP download from the blog, "Apology Accepted" ("...Captain Needer"?). ------------------------------ End of loud-fans-digest V7 #518 *******************************
