Well, the pic of Gil I thought I'd lost is damaged, but not gone. It's kind of weird, because, save for one fleck out of Gil's t-shirt which printed as a little white polygon about the size of a Lacoste gator in proportion to the shirt (Gil is a frat!) Gil and his drum are intact, but the background around Gil looks like crumpled aluminum foil (that black and white film that is processed as color). So entropy becomes "art as it happens." I even got a pic of Scott that I'd never had before printed (went to a REAL photo shop this time and not the drug store--where the machine in 2000 automatically not printed it because of its quality, and I just forgot about it--then saw the faint image upon inspection the other week and thought, why not give it a try?) and the tech guy did a superb job! It looks arty--an image of Scott in leather jacket sit/standing on the railing in the back entrance of the 40 watt with that infamous hair and a smile--it looks as if he appears out of the blackness (blackness), like the ghost of Asheville high (lol--not THAT faint). I didn't even know this picture existed! I remember taking it, but just figured it didn't come out, as it was the last pic on the roll and my camera acted wonky when I snapped it and the lighting was bad (didn't even look at my negatives back then--let's face it, guys, I've come a LONG way in my technical finesse since I first joined this list). I remember when I took the pic I did my best Austin Powers voice to Scott and said "Show me love," which made him smile. Well, it looks as if the cosmos has shown me a little in my loss. - --Mark **************Looking for a car that's sporty, fun and fits in your budget? Read reviews on AOL Autos.
