Also, am looking to pick up the new Brian Jonestown Massacre this week. Interestingly enough, I find it funny that Anton Newcombe puts out a new album right before the Dandies. Although, to be fair, the new Dandies is already out overseas. Apparently, they are no longer on Capitol Records. Yay them, I suppose. One can almost hear the wheels turning... "hmmm... Courtney has one coming out, huh? Guess I better hurry and get mine out first, make it look like they're following my lead." > Although, > to be fair, the new Dandies is already out overseas. Yeah, right, like that would ever happen! I did get to see them at Bumbershoot one year, at least. Don't make travel plans around it. The show never really drew a crowd, and the Tonys didn't provide any kind of boost. I have a pretty good collection of moronic quotes made by theatergoers after various shows, going back to previews -- mostly variations on how a black playwright just can't capture the middle-class experience. ************** Get fantasy football with free live scoring.
