What album pairings can you think of that are perfect together by the same artist? A couple come to mind for me--The first two B's records and The Cure's 17 SECONDS and FAITH--I remember A&M even paired those albums together in a double package called HAPPILY EVER AFTER. Come to think of it, Warners paired those B-52's albums together on cassette--one on each side. Any other perfect pairings? - --Mark, not looking forward to the chaotic Dr. Suess Day festivities today at work (Thing 1 and Thing 2, the perfect pair) **************Ideas to please picky eaters. I have been getting bounce messages from yahoo for a while for that address, yet that address is not actually subscribed to the list. So another address is forwarding to that one. The CDs issued in UK editions still confuse an oldster like me, who remembers that "Drive My Car" is "supposed" to be on something called Yesterday...and Today and not Rubber Soul. I'm particularly wary of older CDs that sound too "bright". And speaking of bands whose names are, or reference, their effects pedals, I was trying to think of as many of those as I could off the top of my head, and came up with Echo and the Bunnymen, Screaming Trees, We've Got a Fuzzbox..., and Heavy Me (named for a Heavy Metal pedal whose last three letters had worn off). Anyone else know of any I missed? Jen ------------------------------ End of loud-fans-digest V7 #341 *******************************
