I noticed in your blog about the club Daddy's Money in Rock Hill, SC.   My 
sister left for Winthrop College there in 1978, and that's  where she went with 
her friends.  I remember my sister telling me once  (back before I was 
disowned) that she had dorm mates that actually alloted for  pot every month, with it 
written out in an actual budget!
