Now's as good at time as any (and better than some) to mention that the Coupland-scripted EVERYTHING'S GONE GREEN (I'm assuming we all get the title), premieres nationwide in early April. > "I can't wait for Valentine's day because I'm going to have lots of sex." > (Michael, my assistant manager tonight) Lucky man. I spent Valentine's Day 2005 the way every chronically alone straight male spends every Valentine's Day: getting hammered in a gay bar. But I no longer drink, and the Elite got torn down when I wasn't looking. Wondering why a nurse would need to moonlight as a cashier, Andy "He finished and put the guitar down with a slow, solemn seriousness, and then there was no denying the magnetism, the electrical attraction of his personality. His eyes were two great stars, the north and south poles of her celestial universe. She felt herself growing weak as he drew her towards him, and their lips met in a strange, soul-consuming ecstasy of passion . . . . Lana woke feeling warm and comfortable, and strangely lightheartedly amoral." - --from SPECTRE OF DARKNESS, by John E. Muller (aka R. Maybe it's too much for her at her age. This kind of thing happens to me somewhat often. I told a girl at work last month when we were talking while I was washing dishes that she should go to school to become a dental hygenist, and she said, "Oh my God, I'm going to school for that in the fall!!" She just looked like a dental hygenist to me. I told my sister when she had my nephew in 1988 that she'd have him before the year was out, but she wasn't due until late January. She had him on New Years Eve. I told her she'd marry her landlord when she got her last place (divorced from nephew's dad), and she scoffed, and they married a few years later. - --Mark--call me now for only 79 cents a minute! lol ------------------------------ End of loud-fans-digest V7 #36 ******************************
