Thanks to Bill Carter, I now have pristine copies of the Soul Drain and Marcia and Etrusca videos. If anyone has other Loud Family or Game Theory vids and is willing to send me either a VHS copy or a high resolution (meaning not postage stamp size) digital copy, or would be willing to loan me their own personal copy, I would be more than happy to compile them to DVD to share with listmembers. So, let me know if you have something to contribute and we'll make arrangements. (I used to go out of my way to say that there really was no difference between GT and LF, they were just different names and that Scott's writing was the main thrust-it didn't matter who was playing it. Well, now I think I was pretty wrong and easily hear the difference. Days For Days sounds like a GT record to me and AN sounds like GT on heroin. To me, LF was great big chunks of rhythm section power, while GT sorta skittered along. Both very valid, just...different. Anyway, I guess my point is, is that the new record sounds like a continuation of IBC to me, and that's mighty fine!
