In the world of the Times, the guy was just taking his large garbage bag out for a walk in waist-high water. And if you're unfortunate to come across some Leftist discussing the plot to torture the poor and black in the Superdome, you might want to point out that Allen Toussaint seems to have been amongst the oppressed who ended up taking refuge there. Apparently the allegations were that Yahoo's reportage had a distinct racial bias.
