I think that MJ did not molest the boy who is his accuser.  The  boy has a 
history of scamming, along with his folks, and I think they are  opportunists.  
I think MJ is out of touch with the mores of everyday  living, from his 
(former) wealth.  I  believe that all that  happened in Jackson's bed in his 
sleepovers was sleep.  When I look at  Michael Jackson, I see a child in a man's 
body.  I think he's really bad  off mentally.  He obviously has some major 
identity struggles (didn't want  to use the word "issues," it's so overdone now).  He 
has changed his  appearance to the point that he looks nothing like he did 
before his plastic  surgery and skin treatments began.  I think he's mentally 
ill, and his  appearance is evidence of what's going on inside.  But, I do think 
he's  telling the truth.  I think a lot of people are just dying  for Jackson 
to fall, because "we hate it when our friends become  successful." 
 
I don't put murder and child molestation in/on the same plane...my  response 
to your closed-ended question is that it's based in a lot of  assumption.  
Both are pretty grave acts, but what would be the  reaction by the general public 
to murder charges by Jackson or  Townsend?  I don't know.  I almost think 
that it may be better  handled...people have a harder time tolerating horrible 
acts against children  than adults, because of the innocence factor.  You can at 
least recover  from molestation through therapy.  Murder is forever.  My 
point  is that it seems that many people want Jackson's head on a plate, just 
because  he's who he is.  Same in the past with Townsend, though on a smaller  
scale.  Also, I'm wondering how much of this calling for the  guillotine is based 
in jealousy of Michael's freedom to do  whatever he wants through his wealth, 
like some sort of horrible Roman coliseum  spectacle?
 
And, as far as people being angry about what his money enabled, I say  
"Waaah!"  If you bought his music, then he has a right to do whatever he  pleases 
with his royalties.  It's his.
 
In regards to my subject line from that e-mail, I'm saying that people  are 
all up in arms and ready to cut off Michael's whitened pecker, but I  wonder 
what terrible things they've done, and why they are so ready to  assume 
Jackson's guilt?  Didn't the kid get a settlement from  J.C. Penney a couple of years 
ago doing the sort of thing he's  doing now on a larger scale?  Scamming?   
 
Also, what does YOUR subject line mean?

I'm not the Indoor Meenieminer - but I believe if you go to AMG or
Amazon and look up that Midnight Oil album, then look at the title of
the third track in reference to your original post, you'll understand
what he meant. ("10, 9..." is the title of the Midnight Oil album -
and, btw, one of the most annoying titles to type ever.)
