I'd especially like to encourage those in the Portland area to come to our fundraising show at Mississippi Recording Studios next Thursday evening. While we'll talk a little about the film, most of the focus will be on Stew and Heidi, as they perform with Charlie Zayleskie on piano. thanks, Jeff - -- No virus found in this outgoing message. I don't have a new home-stereo CD player - but on any computer, portable, or car player that's post-mid-nineties, or indeed even in the last few years, I've never had any problem with old CDs. > p.s. Both bands had tenuous connections to Michael Stipe -- Stipe's C40 video company produced videos for both bands, and somewhere in the depths of my cassette collection I have a tape of Michael Stipe and Jenny Homer singing a duet on "Harpers" by Hugo Largo. - --Steve ------------------------------ End of loud-fans-digest V5 #49 ******************************
