Subject: [loud-fans] WAOL

Say what you will about AOL, but I have to give AOL credit for their "AOL 
Radio" feature.  For those unfamiliar, on AOL version 7 and newer, you pick a 
genre, (my favorites are '80s Alternative, Adult Alternative, '90s Indie and New 
Wave) and you get an endless stream of good tunes.  My only complaint is that 
it is almost always WEA stuff, but, who's their daddy?  The sound quality on 
dial-up isn't bad, probably equal to listening to a factory FM radio in a old 
car.

np on WAOL:  Sonic Youth  "Beauty Lies In The Eye" from SISTER (why this 
under '90s Indie escapes me, since it predates the '90s by about three years, but 
a good tune nonetheless)

"MULTIPLE STUMP DISCOUNTS" (from the back of a local tree stump removal 
service van)
