I thought some of the deleted stuff was excellent (if inessential), myself, and since it never played anywhere near me, I'll welcome the chance to get to see it in theaters. But yeah, a big part of me wonders why Kelley couldn't be spending the time he is on this actually making another film instead. I'm saving my money, both the new Burma and Magnetic Fields "i" album come out the same day...woo hoo ! As for worst songs ever, it doesn't get much worse for me than these four: 1. Dear Mr. Jesus - some kid 2. I've Never Been To Me - Charlene 3. I Love the Night Life - Alicia Bridges 4. I didn't think it was totally up to Scott. Doesn't Scott Vanderbilt own the rights? I can never remember what the status of all that these days. Scott Miller has no control over anything having to do with a LOLITA NATION reissue. The master tapes belong to Scott Vanderbilt, and are somewhere in the vaults at Capitol. When someone at a record company thinks it worth the time and money to a) track down, and maintain contact with, Scott Vanderbilt, and b) comb through said vaults and find the tapes, Scott Miller might then be able to get involved.
