Mind blowing. Apparently the folks who created the Teletubbies decided that all the plot lines, character development, dialogue and structure were alienating the younger audience and so they've created the most hypnotic and lysergically warped show you could imagine. I'd love to be there when Syd Barrett accidentally turns that show on--it's the visual equivalent of those tape loops from the end of "Bike" off Piper at the Gates of Dawn. Pow! It is possibly the biggest example I have, thus far, of a generation gap between me and my 4 year-old and 2 year-old.
