Saw Kris at the Borderline in London. Really had a great night after just making it by train through the snow which seemed to clog up the whole east side of the country. It was so lazy and nice to be there, the way Kris, Peter and Jeffrey did it; a few solo songs, then bring on each other to play along or put on a harmony, and then come together all three. Unusually for that club ( I think) lots of people were sitting down where people usually stand; not good for making your way through the melee but great for an attentive audience. Lots of unexpected encores too Never realised Kris smiled so much when she sings, and it was a truly wonderful night. Going back a week or two...sorry Jan Marie. I asked the only woman I saw there with red hair if she was you - and she wasn't! Maybe next time. Meanwhile listen to Bob Harris Country Radio 2 BBC Thurs 6 March for a sesh with the 3some. And please come back again. http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio2/country/bob_harris/index.shtml ------------------------------ End of little-wings-digest V5 #11 *********************************
