Only songs you forgot were Moscow song as the opener and Red Herring. It was the most songs from Appetite I've heard Kris sing in a while and the first time ever hearing Just what I meant live!!! And the newer song is Bobby Lee. The duet with Steve was a great addition, that was the first time they did it, just in time for the final show of the midwest tour :-) Steve did a great job on this tour, really nice being able to hear Kris with the backing vocals and instruments. I think you probably were lucky to see the St Louis show instead of Urbana, a longer setlist and the added attraction of Anne Heaton!!! The Urbana setlist was: Broken white line Bobby Lee Cluck old hen You're no train (still my favorite new song!!!!) East of the Mountains Power and Glory (not sure on the name....the Dave Carter song Kris is doing) Yellow brick road Red Herring Words Fail you Marylou Hummingbird Honeyed out Little wings No encore....for some reason the crowd just didn't keep on clapping....maybe the THREE openers was a bit too much music already LOL. And for any Anne Heaton fans, her setlist in St Louis was: Spinning Adolescent Boy (I requested it just for you Tim!!!!) Underdog Take your desire Megan and Kevin Black Notebook Make up your mind Old man by 21 Maybe it's peace I'll post setlists for Cedar Rapids and Lawrence when I get them done....pretty much a mix of the same songs, with one added bonus of Kris playing fiddle and singing with Alastair Moock on Paradise (John Prine cover) and Alastair joining in on Ain't no grave at the Cedar Rapids show!! We brought our 9 year old grandson to that show, of course he's a big Kris fan!! I'm not sure if it was a compliment or not, but Kris mentioned after singing Honeyed Out that she thought it would be OK to sing it since he was with me....hummmm??!!! Anyway, it'll be nice to get the new CD with all the new songs I've been hearing at the shows!!
