Bit slow here lately. Why don't we liven things up with a little brainstorming session? If Kristina S Delmhorst Industries Inc. were to produce a tee shirt, what slogan or lyrics would you like to see on it? I think these would be cool: - --- I dont want to be state of the art I dont want to get there overnight I just want to be part of all this beauty - --- Not long to Falcon Ridge now. Getting psyched to see Kris in concert for the first time in a l-o-n-g while! For some reason I always thought it was just Kris. And at the risk of sounding like an obsessed fan, what's the S stand for? Anyway, I think this T-shirt brainstorming could be fun - I love your suggestion, Dave! Unfortunately, when I try to think of some of my favorite lines, they all turn out to be so depressing that I would never want to wear such a down in the dumps shirt! Things like - "I'm full of holes and I do not stay put" or "you find me clenched and crumpled like a letter I wrote but never sent"- who would want to wear that? :) How about "I want to be a wise wise woman, want to be a little girl too" or "my life just got so beautiful the day I turned it loose?" ~robyn - -----Original Message----- From: Dave McKay [mailto:dgmckay@ntlworld.com] Sent: Tuesday, July 16, 2002 4:22 PM To: Kris List Subject: little-wings: Delmhorst: The Tee Shirt Hey Wingers. I've been wanting Kris to put out a T-shirt forever, it doesn't matter to me what's on it! I think her cute little autograph would look cool :-) I too have been waiting for festival time to see Kris again, I'm heading to Newport the week after Falcon Ridge. It was hard trying to decide which one would be my first festival, but with Mark Erelli, Dar, Jennifer Kimball and Melissa Ferrick, Newport won out. I'm hoping Kris will join in with Mark-they are great together! I do know that Mark will be playing electric guitar with Kris at Falcon Ridge....makes me really crave "The Train" song!!! Any helpful hints for the festival would be welcome :-) Sharon - ----- Original Message ----- From: "Dave McKay" To: "Kris List" Sent: Tuesday, July 16, 2002 3:21 PM Subject: little-wings: Delmhorst: The Tee Shirt ------------------------------ Date: Tue, 16 Jul 2002 21:48:12 +0100 From: "Dave McKay" Subject: RE: little-wings: Delmhorst: The Tee Shirt > I'm stupid and sent this to Dave himself, Repeat... For example: "you live in your prison, the one that you choose, you'd do anything to have nothing to lose" "its a big big world, darling, and I don't think you can feel all its pain" "I know words fail you...and sometimes I do too" Here is my contribution for one that could possibly make a tee-shirt: "Maybe the coast is just as clear as it is ever gonna be" Thanks for the fun idea, Dave!
