I became a big fan of many of those musicians that night and the next day spent a LOT of money buying all of their cds. I had an opportunity to see Kris later that year when she was opening for Catie Curtis at The Birchmere in Alexandria, VA. I became a Catie fan that night, but Kris and Sean Stapes wowed me both with their set and when they joined Catie for some songs. I bought the Vinyl Ave. String Band cd "live at Tir na nOg" that night which is just so much fun. I hope to see them someday as well. I have oddlet on order and look forward to the new CD. I'm even more hopeful that Kris will make her way close to the Mason-Dixon line soon. don "It's all Folk music" -- Erin McKeown Don Semmens; Richmond, VA; donsem@concentric.net Visit my Regan Site http://www.concentric.net/~donsem/regan.htm Rob Buck Memorial Scholarship Fund http://gottabuck.org/ ------------------------------ End of little-wings-digest V3 #7 ********************************
