Welcome to the little-wings discussion group. Please feel free to introduce yourselves to the other members. I am curious as to how and when you became acquainted with kris' music? I'll start by telling you how I first came about hearing kris ... Just over 2 yrs ago some friends and myself went to cape cod for a weekend. we were meeting up with some internet friends for a BBQ as some of them had rented a house for a 2 week stay. Checking into the hotel we found out that Catie Curtis was performing there the next day. The show was early and we were happy that we could see the show and still go to the BBQ. Catie was awesome as usual, she had Jimmy Ryan playing the mandolin and Kris was on the fiddle. It was very evident that Kris was a supremely talented performer and had a great stage presence. Talking to her afterwards she said she would soon be having a CD release show at Club Passim. We made a point of going to the CD release party because we had enjoyed her performance with Catie. Kris was even more amazing then we imagined and since that day we make every effort to see Kris perform whenever possible. OK, now it's your turn .......... barb ~ ------------------------------ End of little-wings-digest V3 #2 ********************************
