I am a doctoral student in counseling psychology at The University of Memphis working under the supervision of Tania Israel, Ph.D. The research will be conducted using the attached 43-item questionnaire, and the time involved should not exceed 30-minutes. Your participation will contribute important knowledge regarding well-being and life satisfaction in women. Your participation is entirely voluntary and you can withdraw from participation at any time without penalty. If you do withdraw, results from your participation will not be included in the research and will be destroyed upon your request.
