It is an Ibanez George Benson GB10 guitar in brown sunburst. The inlays are mother-of-pearl, with "Joni Mitchell" engraved at the 21st fret. The interior label is signed by George Benson, serial number D794944. The guitar is accompanied by a copy of a letter signed by Joni, stating that this is one of six guitars played on the Shadows & Light and Refuge tours.
