I remember getting this CD and really being blown away and surprised by 
it. I picked it up from the BMG music club after it won a Grammy (for 
"Best Pop Vocal Album"). Certainly not what I'd call POP music, especially 
in terms of lyrics and subject matter. A very angry and violent record, 
but musically for me it was a return to the softer more acoustic sound of 
Hejira. I did love the sound of the record. Contains a rare cover (How Do 
You Stop) and a rare co-written song (Yvette). 
This album has aged very well for me, though I've never been fond of "Not 
To Blame".
