Some location ideas are floating around - not the least of which is having the Fest at Ruby Lake Resort in British Columbia, Canada, north of Vancouver. Nightly lodging rates would range from about $169 for a solo private room, all the way down to about $25 for a shared tent (these are permanent, floored, heated tents. Nice!). The more 'buddying-up', the less the nightly cost.
