I gave this to a dear friend recently and then realized it wasn't for just her but is for all of my friends so I'm passing it on to you all:

We all have different seasons of ourselves in one 24 hour span of time as well as during the year.  How could we not contain these changes?  We are creatures of the sun and earth and are affected by the moon.  We contain the salty water that ebbs and flows with the tide.  We have our thunderstorms and our peaceful rains.  We have our sunny cool days full of energy and our sunny hot days full of reverie.  We are nature encapsulated in one being, connected with all that is.  Acceptance is the key.  I love all of you but have my favorite seasons of you as I do of the earth and sky.
