Well, FWIW, Dave van Ronk stated that the song SHOULD have been titled 
"Clouds" instead of BSN, and when Courtney Love and Hole covered the song 
they DID title it "Clouds".

I'm happy that Joni called it Both Sides Now. Makes it easier to search 
for. And you have to look out because there are a couple of other NJC 
BSN's out there (Sammy Hagar's being the most infamous).
