Subject: Joni Symposium and Malka

Thank you everyone for such wonderful messages that I have skimmed as I sit down for a meal and a glass of wine. What a day! I have to say,though, wonderful as the papers have been and so many super people, it has been the comradeship of JMDL that seems to be in my heart.

I met Joe, who doesn't post a lot, but totally dedicated and hanging out with Jamie who was FANTASTIC reading Malka's first encounter with Joni was simply so moving.

But above all else, hearing Malka, talking with her hubby Marv......Marv is so lovely, I can't find good enough words. Malka's passion for Joni and her love and care for her when she speaks....I can only say that Joni is fortunate to have such a wonderful friend and it seems to me that Joni is surrounded by great, caring people. It eases my heart and I feel so blessed to have shared this day,
