You have rocked your slice. I am So glad for you to have made such an effort and to put yourself out there, it is a life worth living and such a way to honor and share joni. And Laurie, Your work and music is also such a contribution. I hope to read all about both of your joni works, it is such a testament to how she has affected your (our) lives is such a significant way. I'm SO curious to know what's been presented and what the vibe is. I did a little Joni Presentation the other night -- only 40 people or so. The questions, warmth and love for Joni was such a touching experience. However, I work in academia and know this is not always the atmosphere in Universities. Nonetheless, is someone documenting this? I think Joni is EXTREMELY important and needs to be acknowledged in music programs as well as music history classes. If there's some footage of some of the lectures I'd love to get my hands on it. I'm sure I'm not the only one among us who'd be interested, so if you know, let us know!!
