I hope Joni is in a good place, but I have to say that I was saddened by Kilauren's latest post which says simply "Nothing Can Be Done". I'm heading off for the beach so I will be quiet but paying attention for the coming week. Hope you're working on plans for Jonifest, and especially if you want a performance slot for Saturday night. Things are shaping up! You utterly exemplify helpfulness. I just want Joni to survive and live on. Somewhere in the midst of the psychotically religiouss and the fervently and unimaginatively reductionist, there could be solution to our mostly unexpressed hope of ongoing life. ....though its to my mind it will never to be found in " everlasting life". In a universe without consequence there's not much hope for advancement in awareness. Don't know what to say to nullify my reference to god, in order that I don't getB dished up talks on youtube where a most unkind man of science is demonstrating his conformist reasoning in annihilating fritjof capra. My notion of god hangs around a saying that there is a wisdom in the things that humanity have held onto forever. And that when my dog gets ill I find myself in a discourse with such a being. It has no basis in science. I have no illusions about science. I think Einstein must have been laughing all the way to the bank. Neither do I ignore that there is a psychotic at the origins of every single religion. But to each his own. What I see is that if you follow anything to its rational conclusion, you inevitably fall into the category called mad. Some of my emails were clearly the writing of someone on psychiatric medication. It was. Nothing to fear anymore. I'm off it all. Coming to jmdl was my salvation. No need to be Joni's daughter. It's all turned out well. Thank you for not throwing me of the list. Thank you Bob and all the people of refinedB intellect writing here.
