I will never forget the joy he expressed when his sister or somebody else close to him sent him that photo that was taken of him and Joni and, I think, Chuck, back when Pat knew them both. There at last was tangible proof, along with flyers and ticket stubs, that he really did perform on the same stage with her. He was so smitten with her and I don't think he ever had a negative word to say about her.
